Things change. Are you adapting?
Successful people know that change is inevitable, but they know they must adapt to continue to be great.
Vernon is one of less than 30 firms in the United States that is over 100 years old, has been continuously owned/managed by the same family without interruption and is in the same line of business as during its founding in 1902. Less than 3% of family businesses survive past the third generation and under 1% survive past 4 generations.

What is there not to like about Vernon? From my very first meeting with Vernon it felt like family. The entire team management on down are extremely knowledgeable, kind, hard working, responsive and fun. Every encounter I have had since joining has been great and the team goes above and beyond. There is definitely "No I in TEAM" with Vernon. It is a group success. LOVE IT HERE!

What’s great about Vernon is knowing that they’ve got my back when I need them. Financing big orders, helping with RFPs, negotiating with suppliers or even helping me get a quote on a custom import, they do it all for me.
